How do I sign up for a StruxHub account?
StruxHub is an invitation-only app.
Your General Contractor will add you to a Project and Admin@struxhub.com will send you an email invite. You’ll need to set your password to gain access.
Sometimes your IT Department might block StruxHub emails. You should ask them to ‘white-list’ StruxHub to ensure your invite does not go to SPAM.
Password must contain at least 8 characters including lower-case, upper-case letters, a number and a special character like !,@#$%&
Once your password is set you will be logged into your project. If you have more than on project you will see them in a pull-down list upper right.
Once your account is set up you can also log in with your Procore ID if you have one, just click the Procore Login.
I can’t find my email invite to StruxHub. What can I do?
First check your spam folder in your email. It sometimes gets lost here. If no luck, then contact your Project Administrator to resend the invitation. And if that still fails, please contact info@struxhub.com and we will sort things out.
I forgot to bookmark the StruxHub project site. How do I find it?
The web address will start with the General Contractor’s company name https://”company”.struxhub.com.
In general, you just need to type [GC company name].struxhub.com in your browser and you will find all projects invited by that GC.
An example would be https://turner.struxhub.com.
I forgot my password! How do I log in?
Go to your project page login screen and click “Forgot password”. You will be sent a reset link to your email.
How do I open StruxHub on my phone?
Just copy and paste the web address for your project in the browser of your choice (e.g. Safari, Chrome).
You can also add a shortcut to your phone's home screen. To do this:
- Open Safari and type 'your-company’.struxhub.com to go to your project
- Click on the share button at the bottom of the Safari or Chrome browser
- Scroll down to ‘Add to Home Screen’
- Select a name for the app and press ‘Add’. A shortcut will be added to the first available slot on your home screen.
How come I cannot edit a delivery?
You need to be either the Requester or Responsible for a delivery to edit the form.
Can I duplicate a past delivery?
