Forms and data are easier than ever

We've been working on some big, exciting updates in StruxHub that makes it even easier to view, arrange, and export your project data . Let's dive in!

 

Forms is now an app!

After thorough field testing, Forms (formerly Permits) has become a primary app in StruxHub and can be found on the top-level navigation in your account alongside Deliveries and Home. 

With this new functionality, you can: 

  • View your forms on a list page or map  
  • Group and filter data to see only the forms you want  
  • Generate a detailed report, or export data as a PDF, XLS, or CSV 

New to Forms? Create and customize forms (like hot work permits, ladder permits, inspections, etc) using the Form Configurator to get collaboration, tracking, and notifications on the forms and permits you already use. We hope this helps you get your people to the right place, at the right time, with the right equipment, and permits to get work done.

See a daily log of work happening on the project

Now you can see all your deliveries, activities, permits, and workflows in one place -in either a list or map view.

  • View work in a running list or as pins on a map
  • Group and filter by company name, person responsible, location, etc.
  • Generate a report or export data as a PDF, XLS, or CSV

Analytics and reports

You'll also notice another new tab in the top-level navigation: Analytics. Here, you can see and export all your reports in one place. 

  • Permit reports
  • QR code scan reports
  • Delivery reports
  • and more

You can also download all of these reports as a summary PDF to share with your team, or detailed CSV that can be pulled into data visualization tools like PowerBI.

While on the analytics page, you'll notice an inactive "Dashboard" tab. In the coming months, we'll be launching project dashboards and would love your input on what visualizations you think we should include!StruxHub Product Release - 161 - Reports (2)

What's on the Roadmap

Native mobile app

While still a ways off, the long-awaited StruxHub mobile app is going through quality assurance testing. It’s getting closer!

 

Material tracking

A couple of our customers have a difficult time answering material tracking questions like these: How much has been ordered? What's been delivered? Is everything needed to complete the work available and staged in the right place?

We're working to help you answer these questions by connecting data from deliveries, activities and materials.

 

Improved map functionality

Native support for PDF vector images, draggable pins, and better plan support.
