How to Add Users & Companies to StruxHub

StruxHub is collaborative. Getting your team members onboard distributes work and improves communication and accountability.

Lets walk through setting up Companies and Users in StruxHub. We'll look at:

• Creating Companies
• Adding Users to Companies
• Inviting new users
• Adding users through your Procore account
• Adding users by uploading a spreadsheet (.csv file)'

Creating a Company

Create new companies in settings/Company directory. Companies created here will be available when creating users.

Company Information

Companies can contain a general email, address, project roles and trades. This information can be helpful in tracking but is not required.

Creating a User and assigning Company

Now go to settings/User directory. Under each company you will see a button to ‘Add new project member’. When you create a new user you can assign them to any available company through the Company pulldown.

Creating a Company on the User card

You can also create a new Company directly in the User card by deleting the existing Company tag, and writing a new Company tag. This new company will be added to the Company Directory. Company is *mandatory for a user.

Inviting one user

On the extreme right of each user’s row is a pulldown that gives you options to Invite, Resend a LogIn/Invite, and Set Not Invited for that user. Setting ‘Not Invited’ will revoke the user’s status, without deleting them.

Bulk Invitations

If you have created a lot of users you can Bulk Invite them by selecting them all, an ‘Invite’ button highlights. This will invite ONLY non-invited users.

Add users through Procore or upload

If you have your users in an external file, or in Procore you can bulk add this list to StruxHub. On the top right is ‘Import/Export team members’. There are options to download your team directory or upload or connect to Procore.

Procore upload

When you connect to Procore you are logging in with your Procore credentials and get access to your directories in Procore. You can select any number of users there and add them to StruxHub. Please note, these users will still need to be invited to StruxHub either individually or through the bulk option.
