This will give your team an overview of the main features of StruxHub to get you up and running quickly.

What is StruxHub?
Struxhub is a jobsite management platform powered by real-time construction logistics (Fig. 1). We help builders streamline the coordination of materials deliveries, permits, inspections, and schedules.
Logging in for the First Time
StruxHub can be accessed on all devices, including web, mobile, and tablet.
There are 2 steps to logging in for the first time:
- Find the invite email sent by your Project Administrator. The email will be from “StruxHub” with the email subject, “StruxHub Invite”.
- Click “Set your Password” in the email and then set a new password.
💡 To make it easier to find to your project later, it's a good idea to bookmark the page in your browser.
Navigating StruxHub
StruxHub is based around workflows. These workflows are displayed in 3 main views: calendar, list, and map views. Below is a list of the main controls you find in the interface.
- Project selector: switch between projects you have been invited to
- App selector: switch between StruxHub apps
- Chat: message individuals or teams
- Notifications: status updates on all your workflows
- Settings and Preferences: edit your profile and set notification preferences
- Filters: filter the workflows in the field of view
- Date Picker: change the date for the field of view
- Date Period Selector: change between day, week, month, or all project
- New Workflow: create a new workflow (e.g. delivery, permit, inspection)
- View Selector: switch between calendar, list, map views
- Weather Forecast: forecast for the day
- Workflow Card: summary of the workflow
- Workflow Details: the request form and historical log of a workflow
- Action bar: input area where you can update status and add content to a workflow
- Map Selector: switch to map views of the project (e.g. site, floorplan)
- Map Options: show hide plans, traffic, and other data (e.g. sensors)
Materials Deliveries
Delivery Workflow
The delivery workflow involves several steps:
- Requester fills out and submits a delivery request form.
- Dock Master on the GC approves, changes, or denies the request.
- Any User marks the vehicle on-site. Requester can cancel before arrival.
- Requester or a designated Inspector can pass/fail a delivery inspection.
- Any User can mark the delivery done.

Permits & Inspections
Form Types
The following forms are currently available in StruxHub. More forms may be added during the course of the project.
Workflows
All permit and inspection workflows involves these initial 2 steps:
- Requester fills out and submits a form that includes an inspection checklist
- Form Master on the GC approves, changes, or denies the request
After the approval, the workflows vary in how the workflow starts, finishes, and whether there is a post-work inspection. Below is an example of a hot work permit.
